Clairalfa Envelopes and Pockets
The Clairefontaine paper used for Clairalfa envelopes and pockets has a high whiteness of 171 CIE and a high bulk for much easier processing. Its surface finish is optimised for good colour reproduction. Clairalfa envelopes and pouches offer excellent flatness, essential for proper machine processing of stacks.
The envelope backing is printed in grey using water-based inks to ensure confidentiality. The window is made of 35g crystal paper, with 85% transparency. Clairalfa envelopes and pockets feature reinforced closures for both adhesive and gummed envelopes. Envelopes and pockets are delivered in hinged boxes, which are practical to use and reusable for the printer.
