Robotics technician

I completed paper-making training and also received a diploma from a technical school. I’ve advanced in my career here at the company over the past 35 years, and am now a Robotics Technician.

My actual job consists of managing all the troubleshooting, whether it be in mechanical, electrical or information systems. There is no “typical day” in my job–it changes all the time. My main goal is to focus on continuous improvement in all our systems, with help from our suppliers. What I like most about my job is the diversity of the activities: I never get stuck in a routine. To be successful in this work, you need to be very patient and perceptive: “never give in” is my motto!
